Wolf Spirit Sage: Blue Sage & Mugwort

Blue Sage, also know as grandmother sage, is uesd in cleansing and exorcism. Mugwort is used for astral projection and to induce prophetic psychic dreams.

Light smudge stick or loose leaves, wait a moment, then blow out flames. Fan embers lightly to keep smoldering (may need to be re-lit). Use the smoke to "wash" persons, property, or spaces.
